Most importantly, understand that the power is always living within you and FREEDOM is in harnessing your truth!"

Tune into this week's episode - Freedom is in Harnessing Your Truth with Niccole Hendrickson, Co-Owner of KALO Fitness!

This is such a badass conversation around really harnessing your truth, horning your space and building a legacy.

    About Niccole :
I'm a Southern California native raised by a badass father and amazing mother. The values instilled in me from birth set the stage for my evolution. My relentless drive for pushing myself started early in life. I believed I could do whatever I dreamt of if I was willing to put the work in, the sacrifice. Be disciplined when no one was watching, stay the course when I thought I  was going nowhere, and most importantly ever waiver from my values. While I channeled my badassery early on in the weight room before it was cool for young women I paralleled this energy with my love for interior design, fashion, beauty, and all things gal pal. I longed for a community of women who truly leveled up and forced other women around her to be courageous and driven without cattiness or drama. I wanted to create a space for driven, muti-faceted, successful women to thrive! Through many years of building and doing I eventually found myself in a place where I pursued A friendship with my now business partner. The joke is- I courted her pretty hard 🤣 we put our ego’s aside and came together to co-create our brand KALO!

    You’ve Created a Heart-Centered Foundation, NOW WHAT? | Episode 55

    You’ve Created a Heart-Centered Foundation, NOW WHAT? | Episode 55

"Create the space and time to get clear! Then, once you’ve gotten clear about your heart centered foundation, start to take small actions every single day!

Pick one thing out of your values and let that be the focus for the week and next week one thing out of what you value about life and let that be the focus for a week and then another week and another week another week. Before you know it a month, two months, three months have gone by and you’ve tried on 12 different things from this heart centered foundation.

You’ve tried it on in your life and then you got to see what the feedback was, the result, how it really resonates with your being and then you sharpen that -  you do more of the stuff that supports you and you let go of what no longer supports you.

Small action every single day compounds and leads to massive change and transformation.

Create the space and time to get clear and you’ll have a more tangible roadmap.

I've had some of the biggest epiphany's lately because my whole business is built on this dream life and I am all about it. Where are you going? You need to know where you're going and what you're doing but if you are not present, if you are not intentional, and you do not create the space and time every single day to reconnect with your heart-centered foundation, to reconnect with the intention, to reconnect with all the reasons you want to get to there - you will never get there because the magic happens in the journey. "

"Actual accomplish it. Turn it into a reality. Do not stop. Do not take no for an answer. Let yourself experience what it feels like to do it completely and solely for you. The only people in this world who need to know about it are the people you need support from.

    Do it for you.

Yes, you have work and obligations and all the things.

Just like with money. If it's important enough to you, we find a way. We reallocate the budget. We cut back certain places to add to others.

Same thing with our time. We create time. We make time for what matters most.

Make this a priority. make this not-optional. It's mandatory. It's a date in your calendar - just as you would put your kids events and plays. Just as you'd book your meetings and your work. You book this in. It's non-negotiable..."

Dancing Along Your Edge with Sarah D'Angelo, CEO of The Embodied Woman | Episode 48

"Well first, you've gotta find your edge.

My recommendation is to find the thing - the desire, the goal, the ambition, the fill in the blank that feels really scary AND exciting! I say scary and exciting because if it's only scary you're probably not going to do it. If it's only easy, then you're not choosing growth, evolution, courage.

So, find the thing that is the edge. You don't have to go way past it. Just right at the edge.  What is it that is scary and exciting? That makes you have little butterflies in your stomach?

And, once you figure out what it is, find the one little thing inside of you to take action towards it."

    "Yea, that may be true.
    Okay, let's say you failed.
You fell on your back - you tried this thing and it didn't work out.

Even if that is the case, one of the biggest things I learned from my business mentor last year was that it's all about gathering information. You tried it on and it didn't work out, you now have the information to move forward in a slightly different direction.

It doesn't mean that you're still not trying to get to the end place, but the avenue in which you're getting there may have to change!

That is part of living consciously, living intentionally, living courageously. Knowing when you need to shift your path. Knowing when you need to stop doing that you keep doing that may not be working and try on something new!"

Honor THIS Season of What it Means to Live Courageously | Episode 46

Honor THIS Season of What it Means to Live Courageously | Episode 46

“What did I learn in this process and what do I want to share?

The biggest thing is to honor this season of what it means to live courageously. For me, that’s exactly what I did. Living courageously in this season (to me) was being present and intentional even in the fullness of what life had brought so I wouldn’t go into the habitual pattern of burning out. Not doing that.

With that, these are the questions I really asked myself that I invite you to ask yourself.

What does courage mean to you in this season?
Not the courage you defined a year ago, six months ago or even a month ago. Whatever the season you’re in, what does courage mean to you?”

Tune in Tuesday here, Episode 46  👉🏼 Honor THIS Season of What it Means to Live Courageously

This episode is a pulling back of the curtain, a deep dive into my life and the season I've been in. I recount the fullness that July was - the triggers that began to present themselves that usually lead to burnout and what I did to create awareness around these very triggers, make aligned adjustments within my life and the reality that happened as a result.

I reconnect with my definition of courage and what is means to live courageously throughout this very season of life. Throughout the episode, I invite you to do the same.

Living Life Fully Expressed with Shanna Mota | Episode 45

Tune in Tuesday here, Episode 45  👉🏼 Living Life Fully Expressed  with Shanna Mota

"Am I going to wait, till when? When I look at children and what my mom calls, timeless people, I see FULL EXPRESSION. Children and timeless.

And then there is this whole period of life, which is the majority of our life in the middle, where we're judging, attached to our past, worried about our future, we're judging ourselves and our body! And then, you go look at a photo of yourself 10 years prior and think,  'I didn't love myself then and I still don't love myself now.'

So are you going to wait until it's the end of your life and we don't have the energy to actually act on the things we want to do and the full expression?

So, what I would leave with is THE TIME IS NOW.
Love yourself now, in this moment.

It makes me really emotional, because that's the world I want my daughter to live in and that's the life I want her to have - is to not wait, and not keep judging ourselves and being hard on ourselves or being stuck in places we don't want to be."

Tune in for a very honest conversation around what it means to live a fully expressed life. Shanna courageously shares her definition of courage, how she navigated indefinitely and how it brought it to this immensely beautiful place of raising of daughter, living and ultimately teaching her what it means to be fully expressed!

Embracing a Bold Life with Claudia Whitney, Life + Business Coach for Women | Episode 42

Embracing a Bold Life with Claudia Whitney, Life + Business Coach for Women | Episode 42

"Courage is embracing uncertainty because when we get a call, get that flicker, get the idea, have the dream - it's uncertain. It's a mystery. It's not guaranteed. And that can feel really scary.

One thing I do is embrace uncertainty and welcome it and almost make it a part of the formula. I don't make it this thing I am avoiding. I'm like alright, here we go! I see this as a place of opportunity and possibility. I probably trained myself at some point to think that way, so it doesn't scare me.  If I were to nail courage into a few words, it would be embracing uncertainty.

There are other things... like watching yourself in those moments, patterns, listening to your stories and seeing how you are with obstacles. Do you take it on anyway or do you let it stop you?

And I think the last part of it is really believing in yourself. You have to believe it's possible. You have to see the evidence stacking in favor of you accomplishing this thing. Or that it's a possibility. I think that goes with trust and really trusting!"
