Musik: Lorin Sklamberg, sångare i The Klezmatics

Ep. 39 "Be Free" Feat. Lorin Lynch

Ep. 39 "Be Free" Feat. Lorin Lynch

As usual I enjoy the heck out of chatting with Lorin.  Return guest and all around beast Lorin Lynch joins me again on the show.  We cover a wide array of topics in this one.  I feel like the overall theme is to Be Free.  We discuss businesses being closed down, gyms shutdown, mask mandates, vaccines, and share our thoughts on how to approach all of that.  We dive into stress, and how to program yourself to better handle stress.  How you can choose to be present, and not drown in stress.  Again, be free, freeing yourself from stress.  Lorin is awesome, and I hope you guys enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed the conversation!  Please rate this episode, and share it!

Satsang With Sitaram Das and Lorin Roche

Daniel finally wrangles Lorin into being on his podcast after 3 or 4 years of hounding him.  They talk a lot about sanskrit, and about how it is a language of love and sacrifice.  They talk a lot about the different ways one can meditate, and suggest that people start with the ancient practice of 'not being mean to yourself for twenty minutes. Lorin then reads from his book, 'The Radiant Sutras', and discusses meditation for difficult times.  Visit Lorin at his website http://lorinroche.com, and you can listen to the teaser trailer on Sitaram Das's Patreon account, here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/episode-201-7546116
