    Medicare is Massachusetts is different than every other state in the country. In most states, Medicare Supplement plans are limited to a list of 11 lettered plans. However, in Massachusetts, plans are limited to three options for anyone 65 prior to 2020, and only two options for anyone turning 65 in 2020 or later.
