Nick when on to compete at the All-American level and had a short career in college before deciding to hang up the cleats. He then went into personal business ventures where he found a new identity. He took what he learned from being an athlete, and translated that to be successful in the business field.

Growing up in a small town in New Jersey and coming from a middle-class family, Clark saw all the possibilities that life could offer. A chance meeting with a neighbor caused his world to crumble.  Clark tells his story on this episode about how he was targeted, groomed, molested, and ultimately Raped by what townspeople saw as a normal average human being.  Being forced to bear this burden alone Clark turned to self medication and risky behavior to numb his suffering.     Of all the meaningful people and things in Kip’s life, her two kids remain the most important to her. She committed to be present in their lives creating and building her business around their commitments. She coached both her children in their youth in their respected sports. Now 19 and 17, she loves seeing how they lead, serve, and push others to be successful contributors to society. Her daughter is a national age group USA Triathlon athlete and her son recently earned multiple district football awards while serving as Captain of his team.
