Plus, it’s debate night in America, but the former President won't be on the debate stage, instead giving a primetime speech at a non-union auto parts manufacturer in Detroit. And, more than a dozen people are under arrest after looters ransacked an Apple store, a Lulu Lemon and a Foot Locker in in Philadelphia.
