Decluttering Your Emotions
Can we mentally declutter our emotions the way we physically declutter a drawer? Dumping everything out so you can see it, then sifting through and decide what to keep and what to let go of. A critical step is addressing each item as you go along. Avoid a build-up of junk.
On the emotional side, if you are angry about an issue, you can journal to bring it to light and examine it. Take the time to get curious about it. Avoid a build up of anger.
