The next time you go to a race like a 5K or marathon, stand at the finish line and watch all the runners cross the finish line. Many of them run right to the finish line and completely stop. . . and some of the runners run through the finish line with their head held high with a smile on their face. . . How do you wish to end your year?

In this new podcast episode I give you 3 things you can choose to do that can help you have that ‘go through the finish line’ moment.

Here are the 3 ways to feel good about ending 2022: 

1. Reflect on 2022 
2. Ask questions & get really curious
3. Create a plan for 2023

As the year is ending, I like to look back at the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful… all of it comes to mind. The past is there to guide you as we continue to look forward to the future. This might not make sense now, I totally get it.

As you listen to this episode I will go through the different ways that help me get through ending my year feeling optimistic.
