    Olivia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and member of Dietitians Australia’s. She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons)(Deans Scholar) from the University of Wollongong in 2021. Olivia is now completing a PhD in multiple sclerosis and lifestyle management and is supported by a postgraduate scholarship from MS Australia.

    At the heart of Olivia’s research is her commitment to enhancing the lives of those living with MS. Her research focuses on the impact of adopting protective health behaviours to maximise lifelong brain health and she is particularly passionate about translational research, engaging healthcare professionals and people living with MS to support her research findings into actionable strategies. 

    Olivia also has experience in providing dietetic counselling services for a range of endocrine, gastrointestinal, metabolic disorders and neurological disorders. She is a firm believer of providing individualised and specific advice and support to all of her patients and is a strong advocate for adopting a holistic approach in the management of medical conditions.

    A creative and mindful photographer, artist and wellbeing guide, Lisa Ray has a natural ability to bring people into a comfortable space to embody their unique expression.

    The combination of Lisa's years of commercial photography experience and her experience guiding wellbeing classes enables her to create an environment that is professional yet relaxed for her clients.

    Based in Melbourne, Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in 2007. For the past 15 years Lisa has been creating and exhibiting her personal work whilst shooting for her commercial clients and working with one of Australia’s most established post-production studios.

    She now enjoys working alongside heart led entrepreneurs, and leaders in the wellbeing industry to bring their visions to life.

    Lisa is also a qualified Yoga and Qigong teacher, and has completed training in various healing and wellbeing modalities. These interests now intersect with her unique ‘Depth of Her’ Photography experience and make for a sensory and memorable photography session. 

    In this episode Lisa shares her story, we talk about Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Meridians and Acupressure, I share my healing experience through Lisa’s Depth of Her Photography Experiences, we talk all things Photography, Fine Prints, Flowers, Aromatherapy and we also touch on one of my favourite topics to talk about, which is of course Sound Healing!

    Lisa and her body of work have been a huge part of my journey to wellness and I feel truly grateful to be able to have Lisa in my life as a dear friend.

    I had the great honor of interviewing Gina Murdoch. She is so experienced in the world of non profits and had switched her attention to become the CEO of the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America.

    Gina Ross Murdoch is a seasoned executive in nonprofit management and currently serves as President and CEO of the Mulple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA), a nationalnonprofit organizaon dedicated to improving lives today for the MS community. Since joining MSAA in early 2016, Ms. Murdoch’s accomplishments have included expanding the impact of MSAA’s mission, broadening, MSAA’s national Board of Directors to include senior-executive level corporate and medical-industry experts, and increasing the organization’s gross income. Additional achievements include creasing partnerships to help bridge the gap between employers and their employees impacted by MS, in addition to further developing MSAA’s advocacy initiatives, bringing the patient voice to state and federal policy issues. She also currently serves as the volunteer Treasurer for the MS Coalition (MSC), a collaborative network of nine organizations dedicated to the MS community. Previously, Ms. Murdoch held leadership posions with chapters of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Diabetes Association, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. An active member of the community, she has held several town positions and volunteers for her college alma mater, Drew University.
