In the feature interview, presented by Sense Arena, the Chicago Blackhawks second round pick talks about his experience from being left off the Slovakian World Junior Roster to becoming a late addition as third goaltender to unlikely hero, defeating the United States and taking fellow Blackhawks draft pick Connor Bedard and the Canadians in a 57-shot overtime game, that Bedard ultimately ended. We learn how Gajan came to playoff Chippewa of the NAHL, to developing his elite puckhandling skills and the coach that enabled it, and how he handled the big-game pressure with a humble confidence.

From public defender to the Stanley Cup champion. Sounds like the typical road travelled by all NHL Head Coaches right? Cooper is more than just a hockey coach, he has a personality, he's confident, and he's friends with Charles Barkley. The man gifted with great hair and a little bit of swag has used his strong communication skills to climb the ladder in the hockey ranks. Plus he's a winner, maybe the best quality any head coach could have or want. An interview that dives into his philosophy, his character, and his charisma. Learn everything you ever wanted to know about Jon Cooper on this edition of the Cam and Strick Podcast.  

Ben Bishop came into the league relatively unknown but has developed into one of the top goalies of his era. A native of St. Louis, Bishop is by far the greatest goalie in the history of St. Louis hockey. He's also had a crazy year...from a tornado hitting his Dallas home, to Stars Head Coach Jim Montgomery being abruptly fired, to a pandemic pausing the season, Bishop has seen his fair share this season. He also was the best player on the ice in a Game 7 double OT loss to his childhood team, the St. Louis Blues, last spring. A game in which Bishop, who's basically taller than Cam and Andy combined, stood on his head and nearly advanced Dallas to the Western Conference Final. Bishop has had an unreal career that may not have happened if he wasn't invited to play in a 2004-2005 lockout charity game involving several future Hall of Fame players who happened to be NHL stars at the time. Bishop was just 17 years old. Blues management happened to be at the game and drafted Bishop in the 3rd round the following June. Bishop has been great, not good, but great, at every level he's played. Check out his story, right here, on the Cam and Strickland Podcast.
