    How to nurture your relationship with yourself:

    1. Be aware of where you are at by asking "am I loosing or gaining energy and identity?"
    2. When you notice you are "numbing out" do activities that bring you joy and pay attention to using your senses.
    3. Make conscious choices about who you are, where you want to go and what you want to accomplish.
    4. Build personal power so that you are not so influenced by others' negative/heavy energy.
