When Otis passed away in 2021, I enlisted the help of Greg Zoobeck to track down a few people to interview about Otis for The KATT Local Talent Show. Recently I came across the hard drive where i had saved those interviews. I have compiled them & put them all together in one long episode all about Otis. I will speak with Greg Upchurch from 3 Doors Down, songwriter/film maker Luke Dick, Greg Zoobeck, Jon Butcher from Jon Butchers Axis & Barefoot Servants & Otis' former Producer, Engineer, & Bass Player Dave Copenhaver.

We begin this Episode, January 6th 1999 with a show at the Diamond Ballroom, followed by a Bo Diddley show at the Tower Theater! Bo Diddley buys Max's 3 year old son Austin a guitar & teaches him guitar lessons at Max's house. Florida Death Metal pioneers Malevolent Creation come to OKC & play the Tower Theater. The end of this Episode we discuss the Slayer, System of a Down, & Hed PE July 10th, 1999. This particular Slayer show was a good day, great show, but things turned bad at the end of the night!
