From team manager to starting long snapper, letterman Bob Ceh had quite the journey as a part of the Penn State Football program.

On this week's episode, Bob took us through that experience, what it was like working with Brad "Spider" Caldwell, memories as the long snapper for the game-winning kick to upset No. 1 Notre Dame in 1990, his career in education, and the life lessons he learned from Joe Paterno.

Welcome to this week's episode of The Football Letter Podcast! On today's show, we're joined by letterman offensive lineman Hunter Kelly (0:56) and Baltimore Chapter President Hunter Davey (20:49).

Hunter Kelly was a member of the 2016 Big Ten Championship squad, a two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection, and most recently played for the Massachusetts Pirates in the Indoor Football League.

He discussed what it was like to get the chance to play football at Penn State after growing up as a huge fan of the Nittany Lions, how he excelled as an athlete and as a student, the work he put in to earn a scholarship, his experiences in arena football, and the significance of alumni support.

We talked with Hunter about what made Penn State the school for him, the many events and activities of the Baltimore Chapter, his role as chapter president, how our alumni chapters can be a bridge to connect Penn Staters with each other, and what he's up to professionally as an account manager with Ecolab.

Week 9 of the college football season is here and so is a new episode of The Football Letter Podcast!

This week, we first talked with Matt Fortuna, Founder of The Inside Zone, college football’s newest online community. Matt has previously covered college football for ESPN and The Athletic. Another great episode for you this week on our Football Letter Podcast, as we were pleased to be joined by two standout lettermen in Garrett Sickels and Jeff Hartings.  Football Letter Editor Emeritus John Black also stopped by to look back at the series history between Penn State and Ohio State.

This week on The Football Letter Podcast, we were joined by letterman wide receiver Matt Zanellato (2011-15) and Florida Gulf Coast Chapter President Nick Bocci.

The duo also has significant experience working together for minor league baseball team, the State College Spikes, where Rodney is the PA announcer and Joe is the Director of Communications/play-by-play lead.

On today's episode of The People of Penn State podcast we speak with former Penn State Football placekicker, Nick Gancitano (1986 – Biomechanics), who was a part of the Nittany Lions' 1982 National Championship team.

After his NFL career was interrupted by injury, he went into the business world at A.L. Williams, where he led high-performance sales teams as a regional vice president and public speaker. Nick went on to teach physics, anatomy-physiology honors and biology while privately developing 55 collegiate place-kickers, including 13 All-Americans and three professionals. He later left the public schools to focus on a concentrated spiritual pursuit through meditation and the inner journey of self-realization.

Professionally, he is now a private coach, meditation instructor and bioresonance therapist. Nick has written two books, "The Awakened Athlete" and "Be Still and Know I AM God," a number one Best Seller and International Book Award Finalist.

We talk with Nick about all of this and more on this edition of The People of Penn State!

Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) is one of the most talked about topics in college athletics and has drastically changed the landscape of sports at the collegiate level in the United States. In a special two-part series on The People of Penn State, we take a close look at NIL, with a strong focus on its impact at Penn State.

In part two of our two-part NIL series, we caught up with Penn State Football legend, Michael Mauti '12. Michael was a standout linebacker for the Nittany Lions, serving as a two-time team captain, earning a first-team All-Big Ten selection, and winning the Big Ten's Butkus-Fitzgerald Linebacker of the Year award in 2012.

After wrapping up a five-year career in the National Football League, Michael has since transitioned into a leadership role within the NIL space, serving as the Letterman Founder of the Lions Legacy Club collective.  Lions Legacy Club is a fan-driven and alumni-led NIL program for Penn State University football student-athletes, alumni, and fans.
