    Own Your Lane

    Own Your Lane

“When you learn how to own your lane, your space, and become top of mind for your dream customer, you have set yourself up for success.”

    -—Monique Bryan

A confused customer does not buy.

If you offer multiple options, you risk becoming an option — and being an option for your dream client is not an option!

By offering a solution to a single problem, you become known for one thing. You can of course be multifaceted in how you work with your clients, but your messaging must be crystal clear and focused.

To become top of mind for your dream audience, you not only need to choose a lane — you need to be the go-to expert that your customers choose by owning your lane

And I know you don’t want to hear this, but in order to establish yourself in your space, you've got to be committed to your lane for the next three to five years.

In this #Dirty30Live episode, I share why sticking to your lane is essential to set yourself up for sustainable success.

Because when you build a brand with staying power, you deliver brand promise, and the trust and credibility gained by inviting your customers to join you on your journey means they will be with you when you’re ready to switch lanes.

    In‌ ‌this‌ ‌episode of The Juicy CEO Podcast,‌ ‌you’ll discover:‌ ‌

    • Why you should study how business owners you admire built their brand from startup to success (on socials and beyond)
    • The importance of taking time (today) to ask yourself who you want to serve, why you want to serve them, and the thing you want to be known for (and writing this message in no more than two sentences)
    • That you need to give yourself time and the space to be even better — building a plan over a set period that involves resources and goals — don’t be impatient!

You Are Always Training To Find Your Purpose

You Are Always Training To Find Your Purpose

“You're in training right now for this life. So every single thing that you are making an excuse for… you need to own that.”

    —Kim Fitzpatrick

    What will your legacy be?

Kim Fitzpatrick’s first legacy is honouring her late mother through servant leadership.

Kim’s mother, Carol Colby Perras, made the choice to give birth to Kim rather than continue cancer treatment when she found out she was no longer in remission.

Now the mother of two beautiful children, Kim is also building her own transformative legacy for herself and them.

In addition to her social media company, Jamie & Kim Fitzpatrick Fitness, which helps build strong lives, mindsets, and businesses, she is the co-founder of Legacy By Kim, a boutique that creates beautiful handcrafted headbands.

Via the Carol Colby Perras Foundation, Legacy headbands are gifted to women undergoing chemotherapy and cancer treatment.

Kim is a leading light, showing that we need to do the work to share our stories and provide safe spaces for people to know they are not alone — in our personal lives and in our business.

Kim’s story is as powerful as it is inspirational, and I am so grateful to her for sharing in this episode. Though it involves loss and overcoming trauma, it is a story that resonates with love, hope, beauty — and a sense of purpose.

“Legacy is not only something you are leaving behind, it is what you also leave inside others.”

    —Kim Fitzpatrick

    In‌ ‌this‌ ‌episode of The Juicy CEO Podcast,‌ ‌you’ll discover:‌ ‌

    • That we need to listen to emotional cues such as anger and frustration (and how to reframe this data)
    • Why finding peace and joy in your career requires personal growth and asking yourself what isn’t working

    Personal Branding with Lisa Haggis

    Personal Branding with Lisa Haggis

Season 10, Episode 2 with Lisa Haggis (Canada)

"What It's Really Like to Be an Entrepreneur"
has been rebranded  to "That Entrepreneur Show" https://www.VincentALanci.com/. Whether you are looking to start or scale your business, this is the show for you.

Lisa started her business to get out of a bad work situation -- she’d spent her corporate career feeling like a square peg in a round hole. She sacrificed so much of herself to be successful but ended up getting let go from her job anyway.

As she cleaned out her desk and threw away papers that seemed so important the day before, she promised to never compromise herself for a job again. She came across an article on personal branding weeks later, and it completely changed her view on how to show up authentically.

Lisa started working for herself to prove that she could succeed as her true self. She felt pulled to shed off the dehumanizing rules of professionalism and pretense that she’d been taught and see whether it was possible to let that go.

Similarly, she wanted to help businesses put their genuine viewpoints out there, so they could create interesting brands. In her decade as a marketer, she learned the key to strong marketing is having something worthwhile to offer and something original to say. She decided to become a brand strategist to help businesses create noteworthy brands and in turn, become marketable.

She is the founder of Realize Your Brand, a high-touch business consultancy, and the creator of the Substantial Branding Method -- an approach that transforms your growing business into the legacy-level brand that you uniquely are meant to create.
