Pitt Football hired a new offensive coordinator and wife receivers coach. I think Pitt would’ve beaten both Alabama and Georgia, but that’s the Homer in me. I talk some Pitt Hoops and Pitt Football also added a transfer. Steelers wrapped up their season and Kansas City Chiefs got eliminated due to their own ego.

Pitt lost to Michigan State in the Peach Bowl. I wasn’t mad given Pitt was down to their third string QB. Pitt Hoops got Ithiel Horton back, but still lost another heartbreaker. Antonio Brown got released by Tampa Bay, but he may have a reason to be mad for what happened. Ben Roethlisberger played his last game at Heinz.  I talk about his career and he has ‘two legacies” that Steeler fans will have to deal with.

Happy Holidays all! I talk about Christmas and the Christmas movies. This is a serious time for movie watchers. Pitt Football landed USC transfer Kedon Slovis. I’m not crazy about PAC-12 transfers because they don’t pan out at Pitt, but this one is growing on me. Pitt is also getting their offensive line back.

Heisman week was an interesting one. Kenny Pickett would finish third in the voting. His slide got national attention to Pitt and himself, but I felt it had an impact on the voting. More awards came to Pitt players like Jordan Addison and Cal Adomitis. Manny Diaz got hired at Penn State but the reviews seem mixed.
