Following up on the last episode, we are talking Super Mario Galaxy 2 the entire podcast.

We start off with some general info about the game before moving onto the gameplay. Did we like Spaceship Mario more than the Comet Observatory? Did we enjoy the addition of Yoshi? What new power ups did we like?

We then move to the galaxies. Which ones did we enjoy from each world and which ones did we not enjoy? How do we feel about the Bowser fights? Did we like the new map system of getting to galaxies?

Afterwards, we address the music. Were there any new memorable tracks? Did we like some of the remixes? Was the soundtrack as good as the first installment?

Later, we discuss the story. Did we like the flipbook style? Did the idea of Cappy in Super Mario Odyssey come from Master Luma? Did we enjoy the presence of Lubba? Did we like that Bowser was huge?

We end with a chat on the reception and legacy. Which Galaxy installment do we think is better? How memorable is the game?

All episode long, we are talking Super Mario Galaxy. A Wii game released in 2007 and recently updated on the Nintendo Switch with Super Mario 3D All-Stars.

We start with some quick general info before diving into the gameplay. Did we like the outer space setting? How well did the Wii Remote & Nunchuk work? What were our favorite power ups?

We then go into the galaxies. What were our favorites from each dome? Which ones did we not like? What ones surprised us?

Afterwards, we discuss the music. This was the first time a Super Mario game used a symphony orchestra. How well did it work out? Is it the best music in the Mario franchise?

Later, we touch on the story. Was it better than most Mario games? Did we like the addition of Rosalina and the Lumas? How do we feel about how Bowser and Bowser Jr. were portrayed?

We end with a conversation about the legacy of the game. Is it one of the better Mario games? Is it better than its sequel? How does it rank among other video games?

Red and I talk Nintendo Switch's Super Mario Odyssey the entire podcast. It's one of our favorite Super Mario games.

We dive into the gameplay and discuss some of the moves along with all of the capture abilities that Cappy can grant us. We also discuss some of the 2D retro areas that take us back to the original Super Mario Bros on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

We then tackle the story around Bowser, Broodals, Princess Peach, Mario, and Toad. Being that it's a Mario game, there isn't much to talk about when it comes to the story.

Afterwards, we get to the meat of our podcast, the kingdoms!! Red and I go through all the kingdoms and give you our opinions on each.

We end with a discussion on some of the bosses in the game, including the final boss Bowser.

Eating ass increases your lifespan.  So what are you waiting for, degenerates?  Eat it.  

Voted number 48 in a list of video game's hottest female characters, Princess Peach definitely evokes a LOT of feelings. Some good, some negative, and all definitely valid. We talk about what we actually think about Mario's leading lady and uncover the sordid truth of her identity.

Did you know that Forbes lists Princess Peach in the top 10 richest video game characters with a fortune worth over $1 billion? That's a lot of money! But how does someone who gets kidnapped on average once a week maintain that fortune?

And surely, with Peach making yet another list of video games most influential politicians, being away from the job so often HAS to have a detrimental effect on the Mushroom Kingdom.

Presenting our last piece of evidence, Wikipedia states that Princess Peach not only has a public relationship with Mario, she's also friendly with Luigi. And Bowser Jr claims that she's actually his mother.

We're onto you, Peach.

Follow our investigation as we uncover the truth about Princess Peach. She's not a damsel in distress at all! She's a smart and manipulative woman who is actually a feminist genius.

We also talk about the more serious portrayal of Peach in the Mario games ;)
