Red Church | How to Obtain Your Promise! - Part 4

Red Church | How to Obtain Your Promise! - Part 4

In today’s Red Church broadcast, Joseph Z takes us through the fourth part of obtaining our promise from God. He teaches that to get our promise from God, we must first remember that we have a covenant with Him. He proceeds with the word of God taken from Colossians 3:6, which brings to our understanding that the blessing of Abraham is not only for Jews but also those who believe in Jesus. He went on to enlighten us that faith is the requirement for blessing and access to God. He supported this with the word of God from the following scriptures; Galatians 3:10-18 and Psalm 105:8-12.

Moving on, he went further to clarify that God’s covenant was given to us by Abraham through Jesus, and the same way we get born again is how we institute our faith through Christ; for Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. This is as seen in the word of God taken from Galatians 3:14 which says, “Jesus Christ dissolved the curse from our lives so that in him all the blessings of Abraham can be poured out upon gentiles. And now through faith we receive the promised Holy Spirit who lives in us”.  Also, being in Christ Jesus, we’ve access to the covenant blessing which promises that we can be blessed and be multiplied.

Moreso, Joseph further teaches that all the promises that God made to Abraham are encapsulated in one seed; when we give our life to Jesus and we believe in him, we’re accessing the covenant blessings that were made to Abraham. He explains further that Christ Jesus is the fulfillment of the law, and when we believe in Jesus the law is fulfilled. Also, the angel of the Lord encamps us because we’re in Christ Jesus.

Furthermore, Joseph brings to our knowledge that the blessing of the Lord is working for us and we initiate it by reading the bible; as the word of the Lord brings clarity to our lives. He proclaims that the blessing of the Lord will make us rich, and all that Christ requires of us is to walk along the path of righteousness.

Red Church | How to Obtain Your Promise! - Part 3

Red Church | How to Obtain Your Promise! - Part 3

In today’s Red Church broadcast, Joseph continues with the teaching on how to get our promise from God. He proceeds with the word of God taken from Hebrews 5:11-13, which talks about our maturity in the word of God, and how far our senses are trained and skilled in the things of God. He teaches that if we’re untrained in the word of God, we’ll not have the kind of power we’re meant to have. He went on to teach that mature people are those who’ve exercised their senses under the written word of God and have exercised their thoughts into captivity to the word of God.

Moving on, Joseph makes reference to God’s word in Hebrews 6:9-18, which instructs us on diligence, and being consistent even in times of difficulty. He teaches further that God will give us everything we need when we believe in him and are diligent in our belief in him; as it’s God’s will that we’re blessed and multiplied. He went on to enlighten about God’s blessing, which he says, is empowerment by God to Abraham, and those who’re of faith are blessed believing Abraham; also there’s no sorrow added to God’s blessings. He clarifies that the blessings of God are not majorly material things but are increase, divine favor, destiny and so much more which adds no sorrow.

Moreso, Joseph brings to our knowledge that Mamon is a spirit, a love of money and it’s a counterfeit to the blessing of God; it is also full of sorrow. He went on to teach that everything that Abraham has, we can also have if we believe in God. He also clarifies further that obtaining the promise of God requires three virtues which are faith, patience, and endurance. Patience, according to him, “doesn’t mean that we hang in there until what we need shows up, it means that we’re required to make a statement of faith and that we remain consistently the same, despite the circumstance until it manifests”. He further enlightens us that the longer we wait in faith, the greater the harvest.

Furthermore, he brings to our knowledge that there’s power in writing down our vision and that we can have our destiny if we believe in God through faith, patience, and endurance. He assures us that God wants us to win more than we already do if only we seek Him first before all other things.

We’re going Red in the blood of Jesus, and remember, “On a bad day, we’re called to be the best there is”

Red Church | How to Obtain Your Promise - Part 2

Red Church | How to Obtain Your Promise - Part 2

In today’s Red Church live stream, Joseph Z delves into the second part of how to obtain God’s promises. He recounted his experience as a child and how the word of God, praise and worship helped him pull through his ugly experiences. He recounted also how reading the word of God constantly, altered the way he thought and processed things in his life.

Moving on, Joseph teaches us that when we put our faith in Jesus, every promise of God is made available to us. He supported this with the word of God drawn from Hebrews 6:9-15 which says, “But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise”.

He proceeded further, teaching us that God’s promises to Abraham didn’t happen automatically, Abraham had to participate actively to bring them to pass; he had to agree with the Lord. Joseph went on to teach that, just because our circumstances change doesn't mean that the word of God would change. Yes, God gives us a promise but we have to act with faith, patience, and endurance to obtain those promises of God.

Furthermore, he enlightens us more about patience, which he defines as “remaining consistently the same at all times”. He went on to inform us that life would throw lots of distractions our way in the form of discouragement when we want to adhere to faith and patience, but he encourages us not to be shaken in our stance. No matter how dark it gets, you can overcome!

Jesus is Your Passover Lamb Who Guarantees His Promises

Jesus is Your Passover Lamb Who Guarantees His Promises
God desires that you completely appreciate the Passover as His child (1 John 3:2) in the context of His atoning work through the Messiah. (Romans 3:25) When you realize that all Passover observances foreshadow the redemptive work the Messiah would eventually complete for you (1 Peter 1:20-21), you will appreciate your salvation even more.

Jesus is the Lamb of God (John 1:29 and John 1:36), referring to Him as the perfect and ultimate sacrifice for sin. And God creates a direct link between this Passover lamb and Jesus Christ, our Passover Lamb (1 Corinthians 5:7). John the Baptist, the prophet, recognized Jesus as "the Lamb of God" (John 1:29)

When you say Jesus Christ, you are really saying Jesus the Messiah, who was slaughtered as the Passover Lamb for you. (1 Corinthians 5:7) The Gospel writers and Paul believed that a clear prophetic connection existed between the Messiah's death, burial, and resurrection and Jesus' eventual fulfillment of the Passover. (Isaiah 53:4-10)

Joseph Story - God’s Sovereignty Makes Every Promise True to You

Joseph Story - God’s Sovereignty Makes Every Promise True to You
Moses writes more about Joseph in Genesis than he does any of the other main characters: Adam, Noah, and the patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Joseph’s story is an integral part of our redemptive history. God uses Joseph to highlight that putting your trust in His sovereignty guarantees His promises to you.

Through Joseph's story, you find that nothing is too hard for Him to do for you. (Nehemiah 32:17) God is in complete control, and no matter how impossible the situation Joseph finds himself in, the Providence of God is working all the time to secure God’s promises to Him – as well as you.

Thus you can rest in the fact, that God is always with you and continually weaving together every detail of life for good who loves Him, even when you do not know how He will bring it all together to fulfill His designed purpose of you being joined to Jesus. (Romans 8:28)

Jesus is the Guarantee of All His Promises Given to You

Jesus is the Guarantee of All His Promises Given to You
All the Promises of God are Guaranteed in Christ because He is the Word of God Who Was in the beginning with God and is God Himself. (John 1:1) He guarantees that all of the Promises in the Word of God will come to pass through the Holy Spirit in your life! For all of God’s promises, find their “yes” of fulfillment in Christ. And as God’s “yes” to the promise, both the Promise Christ kept for you and your “amen” ascend to God, to bring Him glory! (2 Corinthians‬ ‭1:20‬)

The Holy Spirit is your irrevocable, eternal down payment that guarantees God’s Word will come to pass and you will possession of all His promises given to you. He is God’s Seal of Love is upon your heart. Who divinely persuades you by testifying together with your spirit, assuring you that what God promised in the Revelation of His Word, He Guarantees it come to pass.
