Kelly Kwon has been designing costumes for almost two decades. Learning to be nimble and creative on several movies with Hallmark and many other shows, she now sinks her creative teeth into a dream project called "Quasi" about a hapless hunchback who yearns for love, but finds himself in the middle of a murderous feud between the Pope and the king of France when each orders the hunchback to kill the other.
