He's back. Bryan Veliz of Centrifuge Training and SlyTac Training came back to So Cal to teach Low Light Opposed. 

Bryan began his career as a state law enforcement officer in 2012 serving as an active patrol officer for several years. Within his first two years in the field, he was assigned as a member of his agency’s Special Response Team where he later was responsible for conducting firearms training and qualifications, as well as the instruction of both pistol and carbine weapons platforms. Bryan holds several Law Enforcement and Firearms Instructor certifications and continues to serve in law enforcement.

We sat down with Bryan to talk about Low Light Opposed, gear for low light, how to maximize a low light class, vetting instructors, his personal training journey and girl scout cookies - yes you read that correctly.

Another format departure as we feature another of the Raven Wing founders Ethan Fleitas, who coincidentally reveals one of the greatest nicknames during the episode. Ethan has a fascinating story of his journey into firearms which began in his childhood.

Tim Herron, aka the "Single Stack God" has been a single stack GM in USPSA since 2014. Tim has won numerous single stack titles, has his own Nighthawk Custom pistol, and may be one of the most passionate instructors we have encountered.  Tim has been teaching professionally since 2015 and loves working with people of all skill levels. A former auto cross racing career helped Tim fall in love with instruction and it shows.
