    Adam used to run a SWAT team in his previous career. He would kick in doors, blow things up, save people.

     

    Now, as the recently retired CEO of RE/MAX Holdings, Inc., his professional life is completely different. His approach, however, remains the same. His goal always is to break down barriers, blow up conventional thinking, and help as many people as possible achieve success.

     

    It defines who Adam is as an entrepreneur. It’s why he chooses to start every day with a win—to create habits and build momentum while working toward better opportunities for those he serves.

He is married to his beautiful wife Jennah and they have a 5 year old boy named Tripp (Vince III) and Joannah who is almost 3! He spends all of his free time soaking up moments with his family and loves to find the golf course a few times a month.

     

    In this episode, Vince will tell us about his journey from the ROTC to being in real estate and some of the things he learned along the way. His super power is connecting with people and being the guy everyone goes to for a connection. He also talks about the importance of a daily hug from his family, being a positive person, and the gratitude he had while working at Arlington National Cemetery.

    Jennifer Nicely is a dynamic entrepreneur, speaker and author with a lifelong passion for real estate and people. She has been in the industry since 2004 and counting. She loves sharing her knowledge, teaching others what she knows and helping people achieve their goals of success through education. Jennifer is the CEO/BIC/CDEI of Pinnacle Real Estate Academy, an innovative company, where she oversees all aspects from curriculum development to actual teaching in the classroom.

    Jennifer is a licensed real estate professional in SC, NC, GA & TN. She currently serves on numerous committees and boards; Board of Directors for Sea Haven since 2014 (non-profit organization for homeless youth), Board of Directors for the National Real Estate Educators Association, Chair of the National Real Estate Educators Education Committee, SC YPN (SC State Young Professionals Network Presidential Advisory Council), and the SC Real Estate Commission’s Education Taskforce.

    In 2022, she chartered the first Women’s Council of Realtors in South Carolina with a rich membership of over 201 members and currently serves as the Women’s Council of Realtors Grand Strand President. She graduated from the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors Leadership program in 2019 and was accepted into the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Grand Strand Class of 43 program in 2022. She is accredited for developing the national Real Estate Educator’s Library and making it a success. In her spare time, she co-host a television show called Getting Real with Real Estate which airs weekly on WMBF. And was the recipient of the 2022 Realtor Image Award.

    In this episode, Jenny shares with us how she got started in real estate and how she ended up creating classes to support realtors. She also talks to us about how she chooses those who works on her team. Jenny feels that the most impactful thing she can do is help other people live successful, healthy and happy lives. She shares how she uses a daily goal list, a time of her life where she went through a rough health journey, and how she tries to avoid procrastination.
