Hello! This is Multifamily Off the Cuff Episode # 14. Thank you for listening!

We have a very very special guest today! Our first leasing agent in Multifamily of the Cuff: Ashlyn Gray. Ashlyn works for Lansbrook Village and she is just awesome! You really need to listen to what she said in this episode because she spoke from her heart and it was great!

Here are a few of the things we discussed with Ashlyn:

    • How she got into the multifamily industry with no previous experience.
    • A very detailed description of what it means to be a leasing agent.
    • Asking for your ID when visiting an apartment community is simply part of their job! Stop overreacting at this!
    • To all the regionals, property managers and even owners: Hire with heart!
    • Trade shows advice for all supplier partners: take in consideration leasing agents! For real!

Thank you for listening! Please leave us a review, so we can keep improving! You can follow us on IG – Multifamily_off_the_cuff to see all the behind the scenes, and keep up with the new episodes. Ray Maldonado: The In-N-Out Burger Family, His career and mentoring

Ray Maldonado: The In-N-Out Burger Family, His career and mentoring
Hired in 1969 when he was just 16, Ray Maldonado has played a key role in the growth of In-N-Out Burger. In his 46 years with the company, he has helped pioneer the carefully planned expansion from its Southern California roots into Northern California, Arizona and Utah, and now Texas. Since In-N-Out Burger opened its first store in 1948, its reputation for made-to-order, fresh, high-quality hamburgers has spread throughout the West. Since 2011, that reputation has been growing in Texas, supervised by Regional Manager Ray Maldonado—a longtime member of the In-N-Out family. Ray’s also discusses his passion for teamwork and helping others reach across generations within the In-N-Out Burger family. In addition to his involvement with his church, his children and grandchildren, Ray makes time for one hobby that shouldn’t be too surprising—“grilling and cooking” are at the top of his list, he says.
