Comment résumer en quelques mots mon invité d’Arty Time Avec ?

Let’s talk about why we are hesitant to share our stories. We will often hear things like, “It’s not yours to tell.” Is that true? The experiences that shape us are often those we want to share in some form, yet we are afraid of the consequences if we do. I’m going to examine these rules of right and wrong, where they came from, and why they keep holding us back. For purposes of this topic, there are three reasons why we are hesitant to share and only one from which you ultimately need permission.

Kim is very passionate about integrating many healing modalities into her work and daily life, especially Human Design. This is not a deep dive. In this weeks episode Harlow and I bring up the topic of shaming, specifically fit shaming..yea.. for some reason this is a thing. We talk about being ridiculed for making attempts to lead a healthy lifestyle, make better food choices, and even gym attendance and clothing choice.
As always, thanks for listening and let us know your thoughts on this topic.
