Ξεκινάμε τον Φεβρουάριο με μια ελληνική ποικιλία που είναι γνωστή σε όλους αρχικά σαν τύπος κρασιού.  

Είναι συνυφασμένη με γλέντια και ξεσαλώματα. Σήμερα συζητάμε με τον Σωτήρη Καραγιάννη επικεφαλής οινολόγο της Achaia Clauss και των αμπελώνων Αντωνοπούλου για τη Μαυροδάφνη.

Ο Σωτήρης είναι ο κατάλληλος άνθρωπος να μας μιλήσει γι αυτή την ιδιαίτερα ενδιαφέρουσα ποικιλία.
