Meet my next Get Happy podcast guest and Access Consciousness® certified facilitator, the fabulous Betsy McLoughlin.  Her remarkable story begins with always knowing that life was supposed to be fun and joyful - that it didn’t have to be as hard as she was making it.  Not knowing how to make that happen,  she went through a long period of time of depression, anger and illness. What was the point, she wondered?  One day a friend introduced her to Access BARS® and she had a session.  From that point forward, she was hooked and saw that joy and fun was not only possible, but could be created with ease by simply choosing it.  And she has been creating a phenomenal live and living since.  Her story is inspirational!
