    Behind every entrepreneurial success is a constant process of addressing issues, not just solving problems. If you address issues correctly, you can prevent problems before they arise.

    In Solve for X, Patrick Bet-David outlines a four-step process for identifying your deepest why—or the root cause of your issue—which will dictate the future of all of your business actions:

    First, you must qualify the issue: Is it a problem? Is it an opportunity? Issues need to be specific, bounded, and finite.

    Second, you must identify the issue: What is giving rise to this issue? What happened for this to be an issue in the first place? You should name as many reasons as you can think of until you exhaust the reasonable possibilities of the possible causes underpinning the issue.

    Third, you must quantify the issue: Once you identify what’s causing the issue, determine which causes are the most important. Strip away all of the possible causes you have little or no control over. Eliminate all but the top three causes.

    Finally solve for why: Once you’ve identified the three top causes, take each cause, and start asking “Why?” When you get to the place where you can’t logically ask this question anymore, you will find your deepest why and the real cause of your problem.

    مستسلمش لليأس لما فشل مرتين في بيزنس المطاعم مش بس كدة لأ دة كمان أتنصب علية من شركاءة و لكن أستغل كل موقف حصلة إنة يتعلم و يكون أقوى , ضيفنا التالي هو تامر الليثي اللي رجع أقوى من الأول مع و أسس مع شركائة واحدة من أكبر سلسلة مطاعم السوشي و الأكل اليباني في الشرق الأوسط و هي مجموعة Mori Sushi ..

     نجاحهم موقفش هنا و قرر تامر مع شركائة تأسيس سلسة مطاعم Tamara للأكل اللبناني بالاضافة الي مطاعم Mince للبرجر و Teds و اللي فروعهم زادت عن 60 فرع على مستوى مصر و أصبح تامر الليثي واحد من انجح الرائدين في إدارة المطاعم . و هنعرف في حلقة النهاردة أزاي شخص محقق نجاحات كبيرة جداً مع شركائة قرر في لحظة الإنفصال عنهم و يفتح مشروع جديد و يبدأ من تحت الصفر و هو تأسيس سلسلة سوبرماركت عالية الجودة " The Grocer" اللي أصبحوا 5 فروع في خلال 4 سنوات و المتوقع إنهم هيزيدوا مع الوقت أكثر .

    تامر من أكثر الناس اللي حاورتها و كانت بتجاوب بكل صراحة و بدون الهروب من الإعتراف بالفشل و بيعرفك في نفس الوقت قد اية هو كان بيعاني عشان يوصل للنجاح اللي هو علية حالياً اتناقشنا في مواضيع كثيرة زي ال F&B business , و الإدارة و ريادة الأعمال وازاي تختار شركائك في البيزنس و كيفية بناء علاقة قوية مع العملاء في المؤسسات او البيزنس ..

    Hi, Thanks for watching our video about The Chain Of Command.

    The Why?
    A lot of times in companies I mentor and train I notice the main leader or owner handles a variety of things that are not worth the value of their time. A leader gets phone calls and emails with questions or concerns about technology, and the coffee area, and time off, and questions on the process, and personal issues, etc. 

    That is too much for 1 person to handle! What ends up happening is that the leader has no time to focus on the bigger things and spends most of their days dealing with tasks that are not worth their time or repeating things or sending folks to other people to get the answer. 

    The Solve?
    Make a chain of command. If you have money and are growing then start hiring people to handle the tedious tasks that take your time. Have a HR person, have a tech person, have an assistant. 

    If you don't have the money - then ask players on your team to own things for you. For example I would have a girl on my team that enjoyed getting the team together to be in charge of our events and planning and she had full ownership of it, so when I would get a question about an event I would route them to her because she was fully in charge. You can break up the tasks you handle and give ownership to people on your team and reward them for a good job. 

    If you don't have money and don't have a team - You can use third parties and outsource like task rabbit or fiverr. They offer services across the country for a very cheap fee. I used to pay $50 dollars a month using a service called “Ruby” who took all the calls for us and made all the calls for us and handled customer service issues and reported to us with our specific instructions through email of all the resolutions of every call. 


    If you don't have enough for that either ^ - then it's time to work harder, longer, and have your first goal to be to start getting help so you can free up more time.

    Stats/Props - Put the last month production or stats for your team and show them who did great and who needs to improve
    Outing/Culture - you should always have events to get your people together, share that with your team
    Culture Award and Production Award - Prop people out for performance and for being a team player. Have an award, put their pictures up and celebrate them. 
    Personal Prop Outs - What happened in people's life personally that you can put their photo up and celebrate for them. 
    Focuses/Contests - What is going on this month and what is the game plan. Specific and Direct. Any contests, share it and message it. 
    Inspiration - Always end inspiring your folks.

    I met Joey and someone told me he has Autism growing up. I was shocked because I had no idea he had anything growing up. He was confident, funny, talkative, and a great kid to be around.. He actually was the life of the party anywhere we would go.

    My biggest takeaway from doing this podcast with him is your environment is everything ESPECIALLY for kids growing up. Bullying and name calling can ruin someone's upbringing and make a medical condition even worst.
    Support and love from people around you can make a medical condition vanish and become unknown.

    Make sure that if you see anyone in your life struggling medically or just naturally you are the person to support them and help lift them up and not put them down because you can create another Joey. His life could have went two ways and we are blessed and fortunate it is going in the uplifting way of success, love, and a fulfilled life.
