Notably, he brings a unique perspective as a former Virgin Atlantic employee.

As two individuals who have shared the Virgin Atlantic journey, we'll be delving into our personal experiences with Sir Richard Branson and unravelling the secrets to fostering meaningful connections in the workplace.

You don’t need to be sold on the benefits of fun, you just need to be reminded of them.  The next time you are feeling stuck or you’re in a negative headspace, ask yourself, “what can I do to add some fun here?

If nothing comes to mind, I’m offering suggestions to help you bring more joy and excitement into your life, followed by a guided meditation to bring more joy to yourself and those you love.  It’s time to Hurry Up And Meditate!
