    If you are familiar with who I am, you know just how much I love client acquisition. 


    It’s literally my bread & butter & what my entire business is centred around teaching. 


    That being said, I also hate it to an extent. 


    Reason being is because many business owners have fooled themselves into thinking that client acquisition is all they need to succeed. 


    This couldn’t be further from the truth. 


    Whilst client acquisition is integral to your success, I’d go as far as saying client retention is even more important. 


    There is no point whatsoever being able to sign clients, if you are unable to keep them for a long period of time. 


    Otherwise, your business is just going to be stuck in an endless loop of acquiring clients, failing to deliver & replacing them with someone else you’d be unable to deliver for.

    One of the main reasons why agency owners struggle to sign clients is due to their impulsiveness.

    Do whatever it takes to stay hungry & keep that fire within you alive, as you never want to settle too early. 


    Change your environments, invest in new networks, etc, do whatever you can to place yourself in a position where you are miniscule in comparison to the rest - that is the best spot to be in.
