J'abandonne, ça me soule, je n'ai plus de motivation ... Ce sont des phrases que tout entrepreneur s'est dit à un moment donné. 

En effet, l'entrepreneuriat n'est pas chose aisée comme vous l'imaginez ou comme on a pu vous le faire croire. C'est un chemin long, parfois très long et difficile. Il y aura des hauts et des bas et vous aurez parfois l'envie de tout abandonner. Et, c'est justement cette phase qui distingue ceux qui ont l'âme d'entrepreneur de ceux qui l'ont pas.

"The Weathermaker"

Aired: September 30, 1973

A series of freak weather events around the Florida panhandle keeps the Super Friends busy as they must answer a series of weather-related emergency calls.  But what is causing it?  Batman and Robin are kept on the move as they track down the perpetrator, Dr. Thinkwik.  

This may turn out to be the shortest episode of the podcast.  Despite John's saying he enjoyed the story, he couldn't really explain why and Dan Greenfield of 13th Dimension wasn't giving him anything to work with as he didn't care for the episode.  They do discuss the ever changing powers of Wonder Woman in the series, the tell, don't show aspect of many scenes in this first season, and they debate Wonder Dog vs. Gleek.

Dan Greenfield is the editor and co-creator of 13thDimension.com, a website devoted primarily to comics and pop culture, past and present. To him, the basic food groups are Batman, Planet of the Apes, Star Trek (the Original Series), James Bond, the Beatles and the Stones. But if he had to he'd be able to subsist on Batman alone. Channel 11 in New York was his favorite syndicated channel as a kid -- you can guess why -- followed closely by Channel 5. Channel 9 didn't really enter into it unless he was home sick and there wasn't much else on. He's married to his remarkably patient wife Wendy and his best sidekick is his son, Sam. They have two cats,Lex and Zod.

Welcome to episode 58.1 of Starships, Sabers, and Scoundrels: The Awakening. On this Scoundrels Special Edition, Dennis and Darth Taxus dive into the recent issues of Poe Dameron and discuss the "The Awakening" story arc. In the aftermath of the The Last Jedi, the three faces of the First Order sit around the chess table on the Millennium Falcon and Poe passes the transit time in hyperspace with the tale of how he escaped from "nowhere." Also, just who was telling that story of the attack on Starkiller base?

Poe Dameron may be ending soon, but it isn't over yet. "The Awakening" is the first story to put Finn, Rey, and Poe all in the same conversation. Also, where was the rest of Black Squadron during The Last Jedi. Leia had plans for them. In addition, Dennis and Darth Taxus follow up on the "Burning Seas" story arc with a brief discussion of the final issue of the story.

Welcome to episode 56.1 of Starships, Sabers, and Scoundrels: Burning Seas. On this Scoundrels Special Edition, Dennis and Darth Taxus dive into the recent issues of Darth Vader and discuss the "Burning Seas" story arc. The Emperor grows tired of the galaxy speaking with multiple voices and seeks the elimination of the Imperial Senate so that only his voice dictates the will of the Empire. However, making such a change isn't so easy. Therefore, he sends an Imperial fleet to Mon Cala to make an example of the rebellious planet. In addition, he senses the influence of the Jedi in Mon Cala's affairs. Naturally, he sends Darth Vader and his Inquisitorious to handle the situation.

Indeed, there is a Jedi involved. Dennis and Darth Taxus discuss whether this Jedi lives up to the Jedi ideal. Or, has this Jedi adopted methods the Jedi Council would frown on? What are the motives of this Jedi, and do the ends justify the means? Plus, what memories does returning to Mon Cala surface for Darth Vader? In addition, what do these stories say about Vader and Grand Moff Tarkin's relationship? Finally, Tarkin has interesting thoughts on what it means to be an Empire.
