Mav talks Jorja Smith, musical influences, backstage at a Game gig and everything in between. Reg shares his first UK Garage lyrics, Owen shares what surprise filled his on tour dressing room and appropriately the room shows no sympathy. The room does a deep dive on Drake's Grammy speech, Liam Neeson's recent comments and the soon to be released Michael Jackson documentary - Can someone as huge as MJ be cancelled? This week Reg and the boys are joined by Twin B of Atlantic records and 1xtra. Beyond Reg battling with trapped wind the entire time, the conversation somehow extends to the importance of Bow (in East London) to British music. Through detailing his history and building of seminal The Split Mic's mixtape, Twin talks the beginnings of Grime and how kids from Council estates across the city inspired a new generation of music makers. 

After a short break over the holidays, Reg, Owen, Uzo and Baba are back. The boys are clearly far too excited to be in the same room and the cackles are there to prove it.
