Finding Your Way through a Pivot with Connor Kunz (CareSwitch)

Finding Your Way through a Pivot with Connor Kunz (CareSwitch)

In this follow-up episode to "Navigating a Pivot", Careswitch Head of Growth Connor Kunz shares the outcome of the pivot he was working on - alongside Melissa Moody's pivot recap from her time at Gated.  You're going to hear the two discuss the nitty-gritty of what it looks like:

    • when you pivot to an entirely new sales model
    • when you pivot to a new product altogether
    • when you have to psych yourself up to keep digging in
    • when building a website as part of the pivot is the right OR WRONG thing to do
    • under the pressures of VC investment
    • when roles change post-pivot

This one's messy - and captivating.  We'd love to hear from others out there who have gone through pivots as well!
