36. How to Reset and Refocus After a Tough Day or Week
I've noticed that when I have a tough day or week, I often need to create a ritual to help me kick back in gear (instead of going down a rabbit hole of why I am not good enough, or a "bad" mom).
In today's episode, I share some insight on how you can reset your mind and energy after experiencing a difficult week. I break it down into some practical steps that I until this day utilize on a continous basis.
It's hard to be a working mom and juggle so much, so give yourself grace and remember you are doing the best that you possible can!
