As a certified health coach, author, and speaker, Gina Conroy is passionate about sharing her trials and triumphs to encourage others in their personal health journey: body, mind, spirit, and finances.
First as a wife, then a single mom and daughter caring for a mom with dementia, Gina knows what it’s like to tirelessly give of herself to family, friends, and career, often times neglecting her own needs to the point of mental and physical exhaustion. She knows the sacrifice of saying “no” to things she really wanted in her life and watching others live the dream she was working so hard to create.
Not anymore. After losing 30 lbs. and gaining more energy than Gina knew was possible. Gina learned that taking care of ourselves in all areas of our life is not selfish, but necessary for us to be all we need to be to those in our life. In fact, Gina has learned taking care of her health has made her a better mother, daughter, friend, and business owner.
