So - endlich ist er da, der grosse Morgan Stanley Uhrenbericht zum Status der Schweizer Uhrenindustrie. Wie immer gibt es sehr interessante Einblicke, wer hat sich in 2023 verbessert, wer hat "verloren" - was sind die top-performer....

Sehr interessant was mit Tudor geschehen ist, oder mit Panerai, Vacheron auf der anderen Seite ein klarer Gewinner, leider JLC weniger. 

Folgt mir - wie ich ein wenig durch die Zahlen gehe und meine "take-aways" und Analysen mit Euch teile. Gebt mir bescheid wo Ihr denkt, dass ich komplett falsch liege :-)

RedBar is a name well known to most watch enthusiasts world wide. With a membership of around 13,000 people globally across 90 chapters on every continent , bar Antarctica, the watch meetup group brings together horology lovers everywhere. (For any RedBar members listening on the southernmost continent, if you can help with a RedBar sign with your Antarctic station's chapter on it would be amazing!!)

Starting as two friends meeting at the RedBar, the group has grown into a global organisation that allows enthusiasts to gather, learn, and enjoy each others timepieces, and which also boasts a foundation which gives to a large number of charities local to each chapter.

In this episode, Ben speaks with Adam Craniotes and Kathleen McGivney about the Group, its culture of "don't be a dick" and appreciation of all watches no matter brand or cost, through getting started with watches, RedBar marriages, consumer and watch group influence over the watch industry.......and Steven. Es ist soweit - die Katze ist aus dem Sack!! Und dazu gibt es auch von mir eine Sonderepisode. Eigentlich wollte ich meine Erwartungen, die ich gestern am 6ten September aufgenommen hab zu erst im Podcast haben - aber ich dachte mir, was interessiert Euch mein Geschwätz von gestern, meine heutige Reaktion zu den Uhren ist wichtiger - also hab ich meine gestrige Folge quasi hintendrin gehängt - also nur anhören wenn ihr etwas mehr Hintergrund zur Marke Blancpain hören möchtet.

Zum Release: Ich find die neue Blancpain x Swatch Kollaboration sehr gelungen. Ich hätte gerne eine oder zwei davon, ggf auch drei, lach. Die Frage ist nun - wie lange dauert es wohl bis die Modelle, die ich gerne hätte auch verfügbar sind ohne vor dem Swatch-Laden zu übernachten....Seufz.
