Dans cet épisode, je vous parle donc des 7 étapes qui vous permettront de gentiment reprendre le contrôle de votre peau pour retrouver une peau belle et en pleine santé. Mon but est de vous transmettre un fil rouge et de vous (re)donner la confiance que vous pouvez y arriver. Comme j’aime dire vous avez tout en vous, il est juste important d’être méthodique, d’être patient et de persévérer. Ensuite c’est plus qu’une question de temps avant que la peau commence à se transformer.
