He helped to start the Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program, dubbed MIT’s “career success accelerator,” where he teaches annually. At MIT, he received a B.S. in physics, a B.S. in electrical engineering & computer science, and a M.Eng. in electrical engineering & computer science, focusing on cryptography. At Harvard Business School, Mark helped create a platform used to teach finance at prominent business schools. He also works with many non-profits, current serving on the board of Plant a Million Corals.     But in burnout, it isn't. It's looking like you're being productive, without actually delivering the deep value that's expected of you. It's looking busy, but feeling jaded and cynical.

    Here we will explore the signs of performative productivity and why you might be working this way.

    Then we'll look at alternatives that will empower you and your team to become more successful, engaged and mutually supportive, so that you can deliver top class results with less effort, less friction and more fun.

    Fatmir är en paralympisk idrottare, känd på TikTok och egen företagare. Han förlorade synen vid 9 års ålder. På bara två år drabbades han av grön starr och förlorade 80% av sin syn. På grund av detta funderade han på att ta sitt liv. Under tonåren hade han tankar om hur han skulle klara sig själv, om kärlek och framtiden.

    Fatmir fick hjälp att hitta glädje genom fotboll och idrott. Han introducerades för parasport under ett läger och fastnade för Goalball. På lägret handlade det inte om deltagarnas funktionsnedsättningar, vilket väckte en gnista av hopp och fick honom att känna sig normal igen.
