In this episode of Degrassi, Ellie has been having a rough go of it lately, causing her to turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Meanwhile, Terri and Toby share a really dumb sub-plot, where (according to Becca) Toby might say the name "Clarice." Becca quizzes Robyn in a special 2000's pop star edition of "Degrassi Guest Star or Bust!" 

This episode of Trail Mix comes with yet another huge TRIGGER WARNING for in-depth discussions of eating disorders. Becca and Robyn focus on their own experiences, and examine their views on society's obsession with the perfect image, while tying it all back to this episode of Degrassi, which highlights both Toby and Terri's struggles with their bodies. Toby feels invisible as Degrassi's resident "computer expert," and Terri is ashamed of the fact that she is a plus size model.
