Grant Gilbert might only be 21 years old, but he is taking the Texas Music Scene by storm (while getting his degree from Texas Tech). I got the honor to sit down with Grant during LJT 2018. We talked on the stage at Twisted J Live in Stephenville. It was fun getting to know this singer/songwriter who is about to blow up. His band has good time on stage, and that resonates with their audience. Grant also played two acoustic songs for us during our sit-down interview at Twisted J Live.

(There will be a time that I CAN'T get him. He'll be too big time.) We discuss his music, life is short whispers and so much more. Shea also talks about his new life list.

There are so many aspiring singer/songwriters on the Texas Music Scene. I love being introduced to talented artists, who are hungry for success (doing what they love.) Matt Smith is one of those up-and-coming artists. I met Matt a few months ago, and I immediately liked his sound. I was finally able to get him in-studio so he could share his story behind the music.

I was recently introduced to a REALLY cool group out of the Greater Waco area, the Hunter Rea Band. I was fortunate to get two members of the band – Hunter Glaske and Adam Fischer - in studio to talk about their soulful sound (plus their goals, dreams and aspirations). They exemplify what's happening on the Texas Music Scene. (And it's cool as hell!)
