Farm Bill extended to 2024-THCa & Weed Still Legal in ALL 50 States

Farm Bill extended to 2024-THCa & Weed Still Legal in ALL 50 States

🌱✨ Exciting news for the hemp industry! 🌿💼The recent extension of the Farm Bill means that hemp will continue to flourish and grow bigger in 2024. 🚀📈💥 According to a recent article by Rod Kight, an international hemp and cannabis business law attorney, the "Further Continuing Appropriations and Other Extensions Act, 2024" includes a provision that allows the authorities provided by the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the 2018 Farm Bill) to continue until September 30, 2024. 📅✍️ This extension is great news for the rapidly expanding hemp industry, which is already making waves with its estimated $28.4 billion market demand. 🌎💰💼 It provides a valuable opportunity for hemp companies to further establish themselves and expand their operations both domestically and internationally. 🌎🚀 Why is this extension important? Well, it allows the industry to continue progressing and bringing cannabis to people in the US. Additionally, it opens doors for hemp companies to tap into international markets, as hemp can cross borders and many current hemp products meet the standards set by countries with emerging cannabis programs. 🌿🌎💼 But hold on, this doesn't mean the hemp industry can rest easy when it comes to politics. In fact, it's more crucial than ever to educate local, state, and national representatives about the importance of hemp and its products. Advocacy and awareness play a vital role in shaping policies that support the growth of this burgeoning industry. 🗣️📚🌿 So, while we eagerly await the arrival of the next Farm Bill in the fall of 2024, let's celebrate this extension that allows hemp to continue thriving and making a positive impact in the world. 🎉🌿🌱 #HempIndustry #FarmBill2024 #HempGrowth #CannabisBusiness (Source: Kight on Cannabis) cannabusiness.lawcannabusiness.law Farm Bill Extension Means Hemp Will Grow Big(ger) in 2024 | Kight on Cannabis In addition to an additional window of time to continue its progress of bringing cannabis to people in the US, the extension will allow hemp companies to expand their sales and operations internationally.

    Cannabis and Tolerance- 2023!

    Cannabis and Tolerance- 2023!

    Cannabis and Tolerance- 2023!

Welcome back! Rate, review, tell us what you like and don’t like, THANK you for coming back and listening!

Today we talk about TOLERANCE!! We’ve talked about this a few times already…but why do we continue to talk about it?

    Why is this topic important?

I ALWAYS NEED A REFRESH ON THIS!

Cannabis always feels better when you’re doing less…I.e.- more effective!!

People may give up on cannabis, when all they need to do is stop or slow down for a bit!

As we’ll discuss, you don’t need to completely slow down!

Cannabis tolerance is important because it can affect how much cannabis you need to consume to achieve the desired effects.

If you have a high tolerance, you may need to consume more cannabis to get the same effects as someone with a lower tolerance.

This can be costly and can also increase the risk of side effects.

To save money. If you have a high tolerance, you will need to spend more money on cannabis to achieve the desired effects.

To improve the overall experience of using cannabis. When you have a low tolerance, you are more likely to experience the positive effects of cannabis, such as relaxation, creativity, and euphoria.

Reduce side effects with less cannabis!

    Spread the word on tolerance!

    Tune in for more….

If you’re new, know that the terpenes that you have in your cannabis will ultimately direct your high, similar to a road map.

Up to this point, we’ve considered THC, or one of its forms, to be the main player behind what takes you to that new height of psychoactivity…

    ….maybe not anymore!!

    Today’s Show:

Project CBD talked about some super terpenes discovered in recent research that showed synergistic effects with THC…ultimately showing that the WHOLE WAS GREATER THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS.

We have a good one for you today….for those that are in both legal and NON-legal states!!

Remember the delta-8 craze? Then the THC-O and HHC stage?

Well this one in my opinion is the coolest one yet, so we had to do a show on it!

Canny-cons tend to love science, so we’re going on a nerd ride today talking about ACIDIC CANNABINOIDS (CBDa, CBGa, and THCa).

Mainly, we’re going to be talking about the hot one in the news recently, THCa!

    Why is this topic important?

As I usually say….”FOR SO MANY REASONS!!” :)

Cool fact: THCa is the first cannabinoid that I can think of that has benefits for both psychoactive AND non-psychoactive experiences!

Overall, this naturally cannabinoid has showed a ton of promise and is an ANGEL SENT FROM THE HEAVENS for those in states where cannabis is not yet legal.

Cannabis and NOT smoking! 15 Alternatves to consider

Cannabis and NOT smoking! 15 Alternatves to consider

Cannabis and NOT smoking! 15 Alternatives to consider.

    Welcome back everyone!

Continuing on with our winter series, today we’re talking about ways you can utilize cannabis WITHOUT smoking!!

I’ve called it a “winter topic” because sometimes we get sick and our lungs aren’t interested in taking on the extra work that comes with cannabis.

Also, if you’re going to use alternate pathways to obtain your cannabis, what options may be the best? Where can you find these alternatives, etc.

Some of us want to cut down on smoking, or some of us may want to try cannabis, but aren’t interested in smoking it or still are thinking about that stigma, right?!

Some of us may not have any interest at all with ingesting it, and if not, there’s a product for you as well!

    Cannabis for Seasonal Affective Disorder!

    Cannabis for Seasonal Affective Disorder!

    Cannabis for Seasonal Affective Disorder

-Welcome back! Thank you for joining us again!

    -It’s the season!

-It’s getting chilly, hot chocolates are getting fired up next to the fire place, and Christmas music is filling the air!!

-That’s one side of the story.

-For others of us, this season is a bit different….

-it’s cold, getting dark early, and tends to be a time always reminding us of our loved ones that may have left us, and other sad times as well.

-family gatherings and holiday shopping commitments also can cause this

So today we’re going to talk about that…seasonal anxiety disorder

    Why is this topic important?

-for starters, I think this is something everyone can relate to

-it’s easy to not be as happy when it’s darker and colder, right? Also if you see everyone else enjoying their good times during the holiday if maybe you can’t.

-since we are coming up on the darkest day of the year, December 21st, it’s not the worst time to release this episode.

it’s certainly no stranger to me!

A ~year before I started my journey of losing the ~50-60 lbs and and 5-6 different medications, I was no stranger to these feelings, for me it wasn’t so much of the loss of anyone than it was the short, cold days that kept me inside and multiplied the feelings of guilt, shame, etc.

In this encore episode from January 2022,  we'll cover the origins of Sativa and Indicus, William O'Shaughnessy's legacy, and standardization and precision dosing.
