Big Jay Oakerson is one of the most beloved and easily recognizable comedians in New York City. His easy charm and dirty delivery endear him to audiences every night. Jay’s comedy career spans two decades and a journey from “comic’s comic” to mainstream fame. Beginning as a standout in the Philadelphia comedy scene, Jay quickly became a favorite among other comedians after his move to New York City. He’s no stranger to the rest of America, either, regularly headlining across the country and playing festivals including Bonnaroo, Jager's Korn tour, RockStar Energy Drink's Mayhem Fest, Gathering of the Juggalos and Funny or Die’s Oddball Festival.  Jay has also been featured on This Is Not Happening with Ari Shaffir, Comedy Underground with Dave Attell, FX’s Louie, Inside Amy Schumer, and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon & Conan.

Fully Loaded Tour: Bert Kreischer, often known as "The Machine," is a comedic powerhouse who has captured the hearts and laughter of audiences around the world. With his larger-than-life personality, infectious energy, and hilarious storytelling abilities, Kreischer has carved a unique place for himself in the comedy landscape.

Born on November 3, 1972, in Tampa, Florida, Kreischer's journey into comedy was not a traditional one. While studying at Florida State University, he gained unexpected fame as the subject of a legendary story that became an instant sensation. The tale, known as "The Machine Story," involved Kreischer's encounter with the Russian Mafia during a college trip to Russia. This wild and outrageous narrative showcased his natural knack for storytelling and laid the foundation for his future comedic endeavors.

Kreischer's comedy style is characterized by his uninhibited and energetic stage presence. He embraces a "work hard, play hard" mentality, often drawing inspiration from his own experiences, adventures, and personal life. Whether he's recounting his misadventures as a party-loving college student or sharing hilarious anecdotes from his family life as a husband and father, Kreischer's ability to find humor in everyday situations resonates with audiences worldwide.

One of Kreischer's greatest strengths lies in his storytelling abilities. He has an incredible knack for building narratives and keeping audiences engaged from start to finish. His stories are filled with vivid details, animated gestures, and unexpected twists that take listeners on a rollercoaster ride of laughter. With each punchline expertly delivered, Kreischer effortlessly bridges the gap between comedian and raconteur.

In addition to his stand-up comedy, Kreischer has made a significant impact through various media platforms. He has appeared on numerous talk shows, podcasts, and radio programs, further expanding his fan base and showcasing his versatility as an entertainer. His charisma and quick wit have made him a sought-after guest, and his appearances on popular shows such as "The Joe Rogan Experience" and "Conan" have garnered millions of views.

Kreischer's talent extends beyond the stage and screen. In recent years, he has ventured into the world of podcasting with his wildly successful show, "Bertcast." On his podcast, he engages in candid conversations with fellow comedians, actors, and influencers, delving into their personal lives, careers, and the entertainment industry as a whole. The

Crowbar Interview - Vulgar Display of Podcast

Crowbar Interview - Vulgar Display of Podcast

Crowbar is currently on tour in the United States in support of their critically-acclaimed Zero And Below full-length released earlier this year on MNRK Heavy Records. After their U.S. run the band will then head across the pond in support of Sepultura which runs through the middle of December.  Produced, mixed, and mastered by Duane Simoneaux at OCD Recording And Production in Metairie, Louisiana, Zero And Below is the band’s most unforgivably doom-driven record since their 1998 landmark effort, Odd Fellows Rest. Led by Windstein, with guitarist Matt Brunson, bassist Shane Wesley, and drummer Tommy Buckley, songs like “Chemical Godz,” “It’s Always Worth The Gain,” and “Bleeding From Every Hole,” are unapologetic emotional outpourings, with a bare-knuckle resolve alongside its soul-searching vulnerability, reliably delivered with crushing heaviness.

Crowbar drummer Tommy Buckley recently visited with the Vulgar Display of Podcast and discussed Crowbar’s influence on the modern metal scene, playing on Vinne Paul of Pantera’s drums, and the New Orleans metal sound.

Arch City Music Podcast - Mariel Buckley

Arch City Music Podcast - Mariel Buckley

Unapologetically genuine, wry, and soft-hearted – Mariel Buckley has planted her flag firmly as a songwriter who’s in it for the long haul. She aims to find herself squarely on the fringes and exactly where she belongs: singing and writing songs for the underdog. And that’s exactly where her new album ‘ Everywhere I Used to Be’ lives (due out Aug 12, 2022 on Birthday Cake Records).
