We uncover the true essence of repentance - a change in thoughts and behaviors, and a striving to be in agreement with God's word, His way, and His will. Our Lord made our bodies with this seemingly insignificant member that serves such a crucial function. In the same way, He outfits His body, the church, with members who are not publicly noticeable or who do not have more visible gifts, yet are vital to the proper health of the body.
