Today we look into a series of murders, mostly occurring in the mid-1980s, in the southeastern US. The bodies of unidentified women kept being found along I-40. Collectively, these killings came to be known as the Redhead Murders. And a possible unknown serial killer thought to be responsible for killing many of these women was named the Bible Belt Strangler. Have any of these murders been solved? Who are the main suspects? Terry Rasmussen was an American serial killer and although he was one of the country's most deadly killers, law enforcement suspects his number of victims is underreported. He would target older mothers, cut them off from their families and friends, then murder them - assuming he isolated them enough that everyone would think these women simply ran away. Then we cover the murder of Kerrie Brown. In 1986 she went to a house party in Manatoba, Canada, only to be discovered two days later murdered. While this is a cold case, we dive into the top theories of what happened.
