This episode focuses on three bands that came from the English psychedelic Summer of Love of 1967. They each recorded music that year and it fitted in perfectly with the times but unfortunately, they didn't catch the public's eye or ear. The Blossom Toes, Tintern Abbey and The End are footnotes to that Psychedelic scene in London, and we'll listen to select tracks of their recorded work.

The Doors were an American rock band. Formed in 1967, they were among the most controversial and influential rock acts of the 1960s. The band released six albums in five years, selling more than four million records and nearly eight million singles in that half-decade, before vocalist Jim Morrison died in 1971. The Doors were the first American band to accumulate eight consecutive gold LPs and they have now sold more than 100 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling bands of all time.
