Chandell achieved the title of Sales Leader with Nutri-Metics at the age of 14 while still at school, and went on to work in Corporate Business Development and Marketing in a number of industries for over 10 years. In 2005, Chandell suffered from professional burnout and severe depression as a result of many years of suppressed emotions and stifled disappointments. In 2006, after months of therapy Chandell discovered Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the answer to her issues of self-worth and achievement.

Chandell is now a Master Trainer of NLP, the first in Australia to be certified by the Tad James Company.

A popular Business Coach, Master Trainer, Author, and Motivational Speaker Chandell shares the lessons she has learned and her passion for empowerment with others so that they, too, can achieve their personal and professional goals.

Ruth Browne has been an Education Manager in the Public and Private sector for over 30 years.

Ruth’s influence has been integral to delivering a paradigm shift in how the education of learners is viewed and of the industry in general. Ruth maintains an extensive knowledge network supported by her continuous involvement in the Vocational Network Stakeholder Groups both Nationally and Internationally.

Ruth Browne’s association with the Training and Judging industry, and most particularly with quality education, is extensive. Early in her career Ruth became a vocational trainer in TAFE, and subsequently progressed to manage the Beauty and Hairdressing Department at Flagstaff College. She then went on to Manage the Pivot Point Educational Academies in Sydney and Melbourne for the major part of her career.

For the past three years Ruth has been managing the three campus Hair and beauty dept., along with the industry engagement portfolio at Box Hill Institute East and the CBD in Melbourne.

This week I chat with the beautiful Rebecca Miller. Bec is one of the most awarded Beauty professionals in Australia, owner of La Bella Medispa and a ZING Coach. Bec believes that every woman (and probably man) deserves to love the skin they are in.

Rebecca's awards include, Australian Clinic Owner of the Year, Australian Team of Team Year and Direct and Leader of the Year to name a few. Selina Tomasich is an academic, that has taught business at USC, the University of Queensland and QUT in the area of management, HRM, leadership, entrepreneurship and communications.  

 Selina describes herself as a ‘dedicated nerd’, with a passion for education and learning.

 Selina holds five university qualifications as well as an international Patent for creating online technology.  

 She has created eight apps, written academic books and is published in peer reviewed journals.  

 A Mother of three, a Grandmother of four, and lover of backyard chicken farming she has many talents.  But she can’t cook for quids. Useless in the kitchen she tells me. Lucky for her she has a patient husband who, for the last 39 years, ensures she stays sane and keeps her fed and watered, which leaves her able to play with their four granddaughters on demand.
