When things get real - REAL (How to move through the struggle)
Have you had times in your life when you are in the thick of a struggle? This week on the podcast I take you into a personal struggle of mine, and share with you how I manage to move through it.
I offer three ways to move forward when the struggle gets real.
1- lean into the discomfort and choose braver and courage more than fear
2- one small step brings little bits of assurity and clarity
3- think of someone who inspires you - and remember you could be that inspiration to someone else.
If you want to be more of your geniune REAL self and truly experience becoming your best version, you will have to decide how you will move forward when you get in the thick fog of life.
