#2 - Utilize travel patterns instead of relying as heavy on calling and decoys
#3 - Set up closer to the roosts without detection
#4 - Be persistent. Turkey's moods change daily.

Turkey season is here!  And man did it start off with a bang!  A couple of them actually.  We catch up with Todd after his trip to the Southeast for the GA turkey opener with Staffer Kendra DeBerry.  The two teamed up in this year's Turkey Hunt Competition, and kicked things off with some bad weather and aggressive tactics.  Kendra's tenure as a turkey hunter and experienced caller turned their luck for the better, and it wasn't long before Todd was looking at a respectable gobbler!  The story doesn't end there, as Kendra's son Ethan also put a hunter on a nice bird!  It's safe to say this year there wasn't much fool'n around in Georgia on April 1st...
