Monsieur le Président, Mesdames et Messieurs,

Je me tiens devant vous aujourd'hui, non pas en tant que Fidel Castro, mais en tant que hologramme projeté de l’au-delà-la pour porter la voix, certes lointaine, de ceux qui sont encore réduits au silence, de ceux qui sont éternellement opprimés, de ceux qui sont victimes d’un monde basé sur des rapports de force dont les fondements demeurent l’Impérialisme de l’occident, le néocolonialisme des anciens empires coloniaux, un libéralisme débridé dans une globalisation déséquilibrée, sans solidarité internationale et un retour à militarisme soutenu qu’illustre cette guerre en Ukraine.

Nous sommes à un moment critique de l'histoire, où la paix et la stabilité sont menacées par des forces qui cherchent à imposer leur volonté par la force et l'intimidation. L'OTAN, l'Union européenne et surtout les États-Unis ont joué un rôle majeur dans l'escalade de cette crise.

L'OTAN, sous le prétexte de la défense, a étendu son influence jusqu'aux frontières de la Russie, provoquant une tension inutile. L'Union européenne, au lieu de chercher à résoudre les conflits par le dialogue et la négociation, a choisi de suivre l'OTAN dans son expansion agressive. Et les États-Unis, au lieu de promouvoir la paix et la stabilité, ont choisi de soutenir l'escalade militaire.

Ces actions ne sont pas seulement irresponsables, elles sont dangereuses. Elles menacent non seulement la paix en Ukraine, mais aussi la stabilité de l'ensemble de la région. Elles créent un climat de peur et d'incertitude qui ne fait qu'encourager l'escalade et la violence.
