In part three of our series titled Proving The Bible, we discuss in great detail the New Testament manuscripts, variants and read through some of the ancient text ourselves to see an unchanging pattern of evidence that is undeniable. Finally, we answer the question that we have been asking since the beginning and prove that the Bible is just as accurate as the day it was written. 

In today's episode we examine the question, "How can we know for sure that what was once written, is what is written today in our Bibles?" Listen now to uncover story and the secrets of the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Essenes and other ancient text, to see exactly what they are all telling us. 

In this episode, Arnie and Fred continue their discussion of various facts about the gospel in the Bible. We begin by noting that the gospel was confirmed by various miracles. We look at a couple of passages that indicate that. We also note that the Bible is complete and says that the writers were provided all truth by the Holy Spirit. We talk about some of the claims that some modern men say about receiving other words from God. We continue with a discussion of the uniqueness of the gospel by noting what Paul and the Hebrew writer had to say about that. We close out this episode by beginning to look at the immutability or unchanging nature of the gospel. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and will have to complete this discussion in the next episode. In today’s episode, we discuss the 4th Commandment of God. In Exodus 20:8-10 we read “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God." The word “remember”, what does it mean to you? To me, well, I often think of the word “remember” as sort of a “don’t forget”, almost as if I have already done so in the past. In a way the word "remember" means to make it a priority. Listen now to understand the truth about this commandment and how it is still just as relevant as all the rest.
