Ep 70 - Venting and Ranting for Stress Relief

Venting is a great way to let off steam, clear your head, and find support when you're stressed out, but when you're venting and ranting about the same thing over and over, you're making things worse.

In Episode 70, I'm talking about how venting to feel better, but never letting go or resolving anything keeps you stressed, and stuck, and can even push people away.

I'm sharing simple steps you can take when you need to vent that make venting productive, still feel good, and move you toward solutions so you don't keep rolling around in the same problem over and over.

If you're stuck in the cycle of unproductive venting, SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION CALL to talk with me 1:1. We’ll have a conversation about things that feel good in your life right now and things that don’t and I’ll help you see the places that you can start making changes.

#22 - Joe Crouch, Founder & Creator of iTarget Pro

On this week’s show, Sarasota is speaking with the inventor and founder of iTarget Pro, Mr. Joe Crouch.  Joe shares with us his past, which including a life of pursuing sex, drugs, and rock and roll, and how a divine intervention led him away from the lifestyle he was living, towards God, and eventually out west to pursue a new path out in California.

During his time in Hollywood, he worked a career in the film industry, which ultimately opened the door to creating the iTarget Pro laser firearm safety system, where he runs his company, right here in Sarasota.  The development of his product has opened the door for other companies to enter into the industry, but make no mistake, Joe Crouch was the original innovator.  We had a blast getting to know his story, and how he sees the future right here in Sarasota.

Joe has also been kind enough to offer a special promo link for 10% off at checkout on your purchase from iTarget Pro.  Just use this link:

#54 NASA’s VERITAS mission to Venus. There’s some good news, there’s some bad news and there’s one incredible discovery hidden for thirty years.

In 2021, NASA announced the VERITAS mission to Venus, NASA’s first voyage to Earth’s twin planet since the early 90’s. Things haven’t gone completely to plan for this project, but one thing VERITAS has already accomplished, it got scientists reviewing data from previous missions, and what they found was truly incredible. And all without leaving the ground.

    Stop watching other people vent!

    Stop watching other people vent!

Why is it we spend 3 solid minutes watching someone we don't know vent about something we don't really care about? Researchers found that friends and followers are more likely to "echo" angry sentiments on social media. So, how can we break the cycle?

Do you copy? »

    2. Mouvement II
