The Confusion of what being healthy means
With social media nowadays and the fitness space being extremely saturated, I feel that people get the wrong idea on what health & fit looks like. Being healthy and fit DOES NOT mean that you're lean and shredded. It DOES NOT mean that you have booty gainz. What your nutrition could be missing

What your nutrition could be missing
Nutrition for progress requires a few things but one is the most important, and that's consistency. Without consistency, your nutrition will only be as good as that one meal. The more nutritional valuable meals you consume in a day, then in a week, then in a month, will allow your body to make changes with what you're giving it (shredding fat, getting healthier, building muscle, etc). This does not happen without consistency. Being consistent with your calories, proteins, carbs, and fats are important, but in my opinion, there is another aspect that's more important, and that's micronutrients. Micronutrients are made up of all your vitamins and minerals that create the strong structure you have (your health) to enhance your performance in this life.
