You are about to give up. You just CAN'T start working out until after the holidays and January 1st gets here. BOO! It's just so not true. Just because it's a holiday week, doesn't mean you can't get a sweat on. Christmas isn't until next Sunday, so get moving!
This is your weekly kick in the pants! I've got your short Monday Morning Workout Motivation - you'll never feel crappy if you get a workout in, whether it is a good one or a bad one - but you'll always feel crappy when you don't get anything in. There are no bad workouts.
