    52: More Whole-Grain Goodness - Millet

    52: More Whole-Grain Goodness - Millet

Today, Sue Becker continues our journey in exploring the goodness of whole grains, by introducing one of her favorite little grains – Millet.

Contrary to popular belief, Millet is not just a birdseed. Millet is far too nutritious and delicious to just be given to the birds, and in this episode, Sue confirms this for us, as she also reveals that the Farmer's Almanac has officially declared 2023 to be the International Year of Millet.

Health Questions and Answers to Today's Q&A Episode:

    1. I eat kale raw usually one stem with every meal. Is this too much every day? Can or should I eat the stem as well? Thanks 🙏 (Everyday Joe)

    2. I'm interested in the fact that you know which foods are genetically modified and ones that aren't. Could you give more detail regarding that?. Preferably which foods should I be concerned about regarding gmo's and those I should not. Besides corn of course. (Jonathan Belmont)

    3. Hi! Love this video! I would love to try the corn extract as an added tool to my toolkit. I have been scouring the internet a bit, but curious if you have a recommendation for a brand to get? I don't seem to find a surplus of options.  Thank you! (Krystal Cutrubus)

    4. Hey Biblical nutritionist can you refer any cheaper options for milling your own grain? $200-$400 is not my price of affordability at this time in my life; and I'm sure there are others who can relate who would like to eat healthily and process their own food. Do you have any recommendations that are $100 and under? The most I would spend is $150-$180 max. Or if there are nonmechanical ways to mill grain that would be excellent too!! (Justin Bennett)

He is in his early twenties trying to find a way of living that is meaningful and authentic. In many ways he is lost and insecure trying to navigate the maze of life.
